In this policy paper, we are proposing a new way for negotiations at the United Nations related to the legality of space mining. The core idea we are introducing here is the fact that global community has already decided what is in our common interest and space mining can be a source of funds to support these already agreed areas. This way will draw space mining as an instrument to support Outer Space Treaty instead of deconstructing its principal ideas.
